For decades, the Producers CoOp served the agricultural population and exemplified the importance of community support. The CoOp Marketplace will take a nearly 2.5 acre industrial site and transform it to a public destination with park-like settings, providing dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities. The adaptive reuse project converts these industrial buildings into over 25,000 square feet of leasable interior space while creatively and thoughtfully paying respect to the original use and context of the site. Once a local beacon with agricultural roots, TheCoOp becomes a destination to neighbors near and far, for decades to come.
